Platform
For broker-dealers, funding portals & lenders: how to plug in
Regulated firms use FILM.FUND as infrastructure — standardized diligence packages, verification, data rooms, and APIs. You perform the regulated activity; we standardize everything around it, for flat fees only.
The division of labor
FILM.FUND prepares verified company profiles, organizes data rooms, standardizes documentation, and provides workflow tools. The licensed firm performs the regulated activities — solicitation, suitability where applicable, negotiation, and execution of securities transactions — and decides independently whether to accept any client or transaction.

How compensation works — and how it never works
We charge SaaS subscriptions, flat verification and diligence-package fees, data-room subscriptions, enterprise licenses, and API access. We never accept compensation tied to securities transactions or deal outcomes — no success fees, commissions, or carry. Any referral arrangement, in either direction, is only structured with documented review by experienced securities counsel.
FAQ
Does a FILM.FUND diligence package replace our regulated review?+
No. It is standardized operational information — organized, verified inputs. Your firm performs its own regulated review and makes its own decisions.
Can FILM.FUND refer clients to our firm for a fee?+
Not by default. Referral arrangements involving regulated firms are only considered with documented securities-counsel review, and never with compensation tied to securities transactions.
