FILM.FUND is in a pre-launch demonstration phase. The platform you see — deal pages, scores, market comps, investor counts, raise progress — is illustrative product content designed to show the experience we are building. It is not a live investment marketplace today.
What this means for you

- No real money is being collected, escrowed, or routed to issuers
- Project pages, scores, and historical-cohort figures are illustrative — they are not advice, predictions, or representations about any specific opportunity

- Any “commit” or “invest” action on the site today records a non-binding indication of interest only
Why we are pre-launch
FILM.FUND is a platform-only technology company. Live securities offerings will only run through a registered partner broker-dealer / placement agent or a registered funding portal, with independent escrow and SPV administration, appropriate investor verification, geographic gating, and fully reviewed disclosures. Until those partners and approvals are in place, the site stays in demonstration mode.
What we are working on right now
- Finalizing the registered intermediary structure with securities counsel
- Investor verification and geographic eligibility gating
- Replacing illustrative scores and cohort figures with audited, properly disclosed information
- Privacy and data-rights flows (export, deletion) for all jurisdictions we serve
When live offerings start
Every live offering will be clearly labeled, gated to eligible investors, accompanied by reviewed disclosure documents, and transacted through the registered partner. The demonstration banner you see at the top of every page will be removed only when the platform is live.
FAQ
Are the deal numbers (raised amount, investor count, etc.) real?+
No — they are illustrative figures used to demonstrate the product experience. Real numbers will only appear once live offerings begin under the registered partner structure.
Are the “GreenlightScore” and “CineComps” numbers real performance data?+
No. They are illustrative content showing how the platform will display risk indicators and cohort comparables in the future. Real scores and comps will be backed by documented methodology and only displayed where regulatorily appropriate.
Can I sign up?+
You can create an account and subscribe to deal alerts so we can reach you when live offerings begin. No money will be collected from you during the demonstration phase.
