Escrow, minimums, and refunds
Your money sits with a third-party escrow agent until the raise closes. Miss the minimum, and every dollar goes back.
All-or-nothing minimums
Every offering sets a minimum raise. Commitments are held by a third-party escrow agent — never in FILM.FUND’s accounts. If the offering reaches its minimum by the deadline, the raise closes and units are issued. If it doesn’t, the raise is cancelled.
Refunds
On a failed raise, your full investment and your transaction fee are returned automatically. You don’t need to request anything.
Oversubscription
Offerings may accept commitments beyond target up to a stated cap. On oversubscribed rounds, Insider commitments are honored first, then first-come, first-served.
